Coaching is helping clients get to the goal that they have not been able to reach on their own. This can include personal and professional success as well. As a coach, it is my purpose to work with individuals to help them achieve the life they truly want for themselves. My job is to help my clients tap into what they really want out of life and then empower them to complete the action plan that they have set out.  
Coaching is not therapy. Therapy usually delves into a client’s past and helps them to work through issues. Coaching focuses on present and the future. Certainly, a client’s past is acknowledged, but it is not the focus.  
HOW DO I KNOW IF COACHING IS RIGHT FOR ME?
You want something more out of life and aren’t sure where to start
You sense that you have a purpose but aren’t certain what it is
You feel that you could use some assistance with achieving your goals
You like what you’re doing but you want to maximize your efficiency or effectiveness
You are coachable
HOW WILL YOU HELP ME? 
As your coach, I will serve as source of support, objectivity and a safe place as you work toward your goals. I will offer an unbiased, open, and interactive style that honors us both and encourages honesty. Through questioning and listening, I will seek to embrace your perspective and reflect back what I hear and see. I will be fully present and attentive during our sessions. I will help you anticipate roadblocks or challenges to completing your goals. I will make requests of you to stretch you a bit and to accelerate your progress. I will celebrate your successes along the way. I will offer you a willing spirit and a strong faith in your ability to succeed. I will lead by example meaning I will model extraordinary self care and continue to work just as diligently on my life goals.  
IS THE FIRST SESSION FREE?
My initial consultation is free and lasts for 30 minutes. This consultation can be face-to-face or conducted over the telephone. It is quite informal. It gives us an opportunity to connect, share and decide if a coaching relationship is desirable.  
WHAT ARE MY COACHING OPTIONS AND COSTS?
Individual coaching. With individual coaching, the sessions take place over the telephone. The initial 30-minutes session is free. Subsequent sessions usually range from 30-45 minutes on a weekly or biweekly basis. Intermittent communication is via email. The price range is $200—$600 per month.
Group coaching. With group coaching, the sessions take place face-to-face. The groups consists of 6-8 individuals with common goals. This option gives its participants the benefits of both coaching and peer support. Sessions range from 60-90 minutes, depending on the size of the group, and take place biweekly. Intermittent communication is via email. The price depends on the nature and composition of the group.
HOW LONG DO WE WORK TOGETHER?
Varies depending on frequency, length of sessions and your progress.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A SESSION?
You must give at least 24 hours advance notice. If not, you will be billed for the session in accordance with our financial agreement.
