Text Box: WHAT IS MUSIC CONSULTING? Music Consulting is assisting clients in discovering and developing their musical talents. It is also consulting with clients to plan and secure musical services. It is not meant to be a permanent solution but offers services that empower our clients to achieve their goals or resources that provide interim solutions. DO I NEED A MUSIC CONSULTANT? If you need music for your wedding or special occasion; You are a church, choir, group or soloist and need a musician for worship or an event; You aren’t satisfied with your piano or keyboard skills; You need interim services until your musician returns; You’d like to develop vocally; You are looking for a soloist, a backup singer, or performer; You need a worship leader, seminar speaker or workshop facilitator; You wish to form a music group or choir; Or, You need to get organized and better structure your Music Department. HOW WILL YOU HELP ME? We are a resource and referral for your music needs. We provide consulting services, coaching services and resources to assist you in achieving your musical goals. IS THE FIRST SESSION FREE? Our initial meeting is free, lasting 30-60 minutes. It gives us a chance to get acquainted and for you to share what your musical needs are. My vocal and musical capabilities are demonstrated at this meeting. WHAT ARE THE COSTS? The consulting rate is $50—$150 per hour, depending on nature and scope of services required. HOW LONG DO WE WORK TOGETHER? We provide temporary solutions that could be one time only or might span for 3 to 6 months. Any services beyond 6 months depends on availability of the consultant.
