Love Is A Choice

By Robert Hemfelt, Frank Minirth, Paul Meier

This book found me at a time when I felt hopelessly and helplessly in love and couldn’t move on with my life. It was laying on my sister’s bed. Literally, it put me on the path to real love and freedom.

FINDING YOUR WAY HOME

By Kenneth A. Schmidt

This book offered insights to help me reclaim and heal the wounded child within. It helped me pick up the pieces of my wounded spirit and heal the hidden child of my heart.

FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY

By Susan Jeffers

There is good fear and crippling fear. This book was so liberating when I read it. It put fear in proper perspective and revealed my own personal power to overcome my fears.

AUTHORITY ABUSERS

By George Bloomer

This book uncovers abuse that happens in church. As many people have said, “there is no hurt like church hurt.”  It exposes the abuse and offers support for the wounded. What a help!

ONE DAY MY SOUL JUST OPENED UP

By Iyanla Vanzant

Just the idea of my soul opening up drew me to this book from the start. Upon including it in my daily meditation, I found it to be full of wisdom and helped me to resolve some soul issues.

THE GIFT OF

FORGIVENESS

By Charles F. Stanley

When you’ve dredged up painful childhood memories or have been hurt in relationships, one of the biggest challenges is to forgive. By reading this book, I discovered that forgiveness was not for the other person, but it was to free me.

HOW TO LOVE A BLACK MAN

By Ronn Elmore

Though I’ve read books where one gender writes about another, this one was most impactful. I believe that nobody knows a man like a man. This was a great book!

IS HE STRAIGHT?

By Bonnie Kaye

Is he straight or is he gay? This book validated my intuition and taught me that I didn’t have to catch a man in the act to know.

LIES AT THE ALTAR

By Robin L. Smith

I wish this book had been written before I got married!!! Before you get married or if you wish to deepen your relationship with your spouse, this is a must read.

CLOSING THE GAP

By Jay McGraw

I got this book during a time when I was disturbed by the struggle between my teen son and his dad. To assist in reestablishing a healthy and satisfying bond, we all read this book.

HEALING BY DESIGN

By Scott Hannen

I was prescribed Protonix for severe gastrointestinal problems until I read this book. It contained something so simple that once I did it, I threw my $104.00 medication away!

TAKE TIME FOR YOUR LIFE

By Cheryl Richardson

This book transitioned me from merely knowing myself to honoring myself. It gives practical steps and exercises to help you to actually put yourself first.

RICH WOMAN

By Kim Kiyosaki

Cash flow, baby, cash flow!!! This book inspired me to stop working for money but to put money to work for me. It sheds the myth that women don’t make great investors and challenges women redirect our purchasing power.

DOMINATING MONEY

By Dr. J. Victor, Catherine B. Eagan

I like to read books from people who started with nothing but a dream and became successful. This book contains some real nuggets from some real people.
